Preparation without shortcuts
We prepare the surface properly and use full adhesive coverage. It is the part of the job you never see, and the part that decides whether the tiling stays sound for years to come.
Bathroom, kitchen, wall and floor tiling across Croydon and South London. Each job is quoted individually, taking into account preparation, tile format, layout and finish rather than relying on a headline square-metre rate.

We aim to reply to new enquiries the same day during working hours.
Customers keep mentioning the same four things: the preparation, the care taken over details, being kept in the loop, and the space left tidy at the end.
We prepare the surface properly and use full adhesive coverage. It is the part of the job you never see, and the part that decides whether the tiling stays sound for years to come.
We plan the edges, trims, corners and visible cuts before we start, so the finish is decided deliberately rather than wherever the tiles happen to land.
Ten out of ten for quality, reliability and communication, across seven reviews, on top of Checkatrade's own vetting checks.
We turn up when we say, keep you posted while the job runs, and clear up properly before we leave. Croydon and South London customers mention all three.
A few recent KS Elite Tiling jobs. The preparation stage is where most of the time goes, and it is what decides whether the finished tiling stays flat, square and sound.

Stripped back to bare walls, then tiled with a hexagonal feature wall and a wood-effect shower.

A bare painted wall behind the hob set out and tiled in a brick-bond metro pattern.

Uneven original boards stripped, prepared and tiled in large-format porcelain.

A plain concrete path and step laid in geometric tiles with a patterned border.
Charlie Fisher · Google review“Kevoy and his colleague tiled my front porch and paved the front path in just one day. Their price was competitive and communication very good. I thoroughly recommend them.”
Emma Norman · Google review“They were quick to respond and professional in their communications. They worked hard to rectify any issues that arose and the tiling was great quality. They gave a competitive quote, which they stuck to, and they made sure everything was kept neat and tidy.”
Sha Sha · Google review“The price for the works was competitive. I was nervous at first but pleased with overall result. Kevoy and his team were polite and worked late one of the nights to ensure the job was done. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

A useful tiling quote depends on more than square metres. Send photos of the full area, close-ups of the current background, basic dimensions and the tile you are considering.
Free quotes. Most quotes are worked out from photographs, measurements and the project details you send. For larger or more complex projects we arrange an on-site assessment to look at the space first. If a survey or call-out charge applies to your job, it will be confirmed before anything is booked.

KS Elite Tiling is Kevoy Spence and a small team, working on wall and floor tiling across bathrooms, kitchens, splashbacks, floors, porches and front paths.
The strongest proof is not a vague claim about quality. It is the repeated customer feedback about reliability, communication, careful problem-solving and leaving the room clean.
About the businessEvery project is different. These answers set expectations before the room and tiles are assessed.
Bathroom, kitchen, wall and floor tiling; splashbacks; showers and wet rooms; tile and grout repairs; removal; floor preparation; and ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, slate and brick tiles.
KS Elite Tiling serves Croydon, South London and surrounding areas. Dartford is a common and recent working area, while other postcodes across nearby Surrey and Kent are checked against the project and schedule.
Yes. Wide room photos, close-ups of the current surface, approximate measurements, the tile choice and the project postcode make the first conversation more useful.
Yes. We do bathroom, kitchen, shower and floor tile repairs. Whether a focused repair works depends on two things: whether a matching tile can be found, and whether the background behind it is still sound.
Yes. KS Elite Tiling holds £2 million of public liability insurance and £10 million of employers' liability insurance with Allianz. If you need to see the certificate before booking, just ask and we will send it over.
Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion, covering defects that come from how we did the work. It does not cover pre-existing substrate or structural problems, movement in the building, plumbing or waterproofing we did not install, damage or misuse after the job is finished, or faults in materials you supplied. Products and materials carry their own manufacturer warranties where they apply.
We aim to reply to new enquiries the same day during working hours, whether you call or send the form. If you send photos and rough measurements with your message, that first reply can usually include a price or a clear next step rather than just a request for more detail.
Our Checkatrade profile carries their £1,000 guarantee, but it is a Checkatrade benefit with its own eligibility rules and terms. That sits alongside our own 12-month workmanship guarantee rather than replacing it. Check the Checkatrade terms for the specific job before relying on that cover.
The main factors are area, tile material and format, pattern, number of cuts, condition of the wall or floor, removal, preparation, access, trims and finishing. A quote should be based on the full scope rather than a headline square-metre figure.
No. Quotes are free. Most of the time we can price the job from photos, measurements and the details you send. If it is a larger or more complex project we will arrange to come and look at the space first, and if any survey or call-out charge applies to your job you will be told before anything is booked.
Yes. We fit wet rooms, including the tanking and waterproofing that goes underneath. Send photos of the space and we can talk through what the floor and the walls will need.
Send a few photos, rough measurements and the tile you are looking at. Quotes are free, and most jobs can be priced from that without anyone coming out.
