Who is responsible for your information
Kevoy Spence of KS Elite Tiling is the person responsible for the information collected through this website. If you have a question about your details, or you want them deleted, contact him directly:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: 07983 721556
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form or tell us when you call. That normally means your name, a contact number, your email address if you give one, the project postcode, and whatever you write about the job.
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and there is no account to create.
What we use it for
One thing: replying to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, arranging and carrying out the work. That is the whole purpose.
We will not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing, or pass your details to anyone else for their own marketing. If we ever wanted to send you something unrelated to your enquiry, we would ask you first and you would be free to say no.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted.
If your enquiry turns into an actual job, the record becomes a customer record instead, and we keep that for as long as we need it for running the business, our accounts and anything the law requires us to hold on to. That is usually longer than 12 months, because HMRC expects business records to be retained.
Who else handles it
The website is hosted by Netlify, and the enquiry form is processed by Netlify Forms. Your message passes through their systems on the way to us. We use their service to receive enquiries, not to analyse or share them.
Email sent to us is handled by our email provider in the ordinary way that any email is.
The map on this website
Some pages show a Google Maps panel of our service area. It only loads when you scroll down to it, but when it does load, Google may set cookies in your browser and receive your IP address. That is Google's processing rather than ours, and it is covered by Google's own privacy policy. If you never scroll to the map, it never loads.
Analytics and tracking
This website does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of its own. If that changes, this notice will be updated before anything is switched on.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the details above and we will deal with it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason for asking us to delete an enquiry.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle enquiry information, we will update this page. Any question about it can go straight to Kevoy Spence on the contact details above, or through the contact page.
